Bree Lumsden is a Mother, Matrescence Educator & Guide, Yoga Teacher, Birth Doula, and self-described champion for maternal wellness. She is also the founder of The MotherWell Movement®, a community of women learning, guiding, and supporting each other through the complex and transformative journey of matrescence with 1:1 support and life-giving gatherings. She whole-heartedly believes that mothers are worthy of being well, and that when mothers are well, it impacts our families, communities, and world for the better. She is honored to walk alongside mothers and support them in stepping in to their power so that they can live, work and mother in alignment with who they want to be and what matters to them.
