Heather bridges the science and sacred of pregnancy and birth in her work with families as a doula, educator and birth story listener. She is particularly interested in how people hold their birth/feeding/NICU/loss stories in the months and years afterwards. As such, she doulas/teaches from a trauma- and grief-informed place.

Heather lives in Montréal, Canada with her husband, two sons and too many cats (3!). She holds a doctorate in Biology (a third baby of sorts) and is a lifelong learner. She loves knitting while watching cringey British comedy and is happiest in water.
