Hi! I’m a certified STOTT Pilates & Yoga Alliance prenatal/postpartum yoga teacher, with over 12 years of experience.

I am also a certified birth and Ayurvedic postpartum doula who is armed with a heart for helping my fellow parents and parents-to-be step into their physical and parental power.

A firm believer in the importance of mind-body connection and the holistic benefits of my work, I infuse my teaching with education, enthusiasm, humor and a heart that communicates my faith in the importance and joy of healthy movement.

When I'm not on the mat or supporting a birth, you might run into me wandering around Venice, out with my friends, or on an adventure with my son.
