Nora Aldous (she/her) is a postpartum doula, lactation educator, and infant sleep educator who supports families living on the San Francisco Bay Area peninsula. Nora thoughtfully and compassionately helps new parents to understand the “whys” of babies and early parenthood, and then acts as a touchpoint as they discover how to integrate this into a rhythm that works best for their family. She also provides another pair of arms to hold babies on the days that are hard. Watching parents grow and connect with their babies, and themselves, in new and meaningful ways brings her so much joy. Nora loves listening to live music, stretching out in a hammock with a good book, rock pooling and bird watching, and camping out. Occasionally, she starts knitting projects that she doesn't always finish.
