I offer trauma-informed, evidence-based doula support for all birth settings in Los Angeles. I enjoy offering guidance around Birth and Parenting in hopes that clients feel grounded, heard, and confident on their journey as a family. Parents are often presented with birth as if there are clear "black" or "white" choices, but I am struck by how "grey" many choices seem to be. I believe a person's life-experience and values should be at the center of all of their decision making, and it is my role to support clients as they forge their own path.

As a two time apprentice of Britta's, I have her to thank for much of my growth and development over the last 5 years. With over a decade of experience in birth work, I am humble in my approach as I learn and grow as a person and as a practitioner.
