I consider myself very lucky to be able to work with families during the transformational time period of becoming parents. I wear different hats at different times - sometimes a postpartum doula hat, other times a prenatal and baby yoga teacher hat.
As of June 2024 I am wearing my newest hat - being a first time mom myself! Alongside my wife, I’m learning more about labor, birth and postpartum this time through first hand experience.
Starting in January 2025 I will put my birth doula hat back on. If you are in Fairfield County, CT (ie planning to birth at a hospital in Norwalk, Stamford, Bridgeport, New Haven or Danbury, or at Danbury Birthing Center, or a home birth with midwife) please reach out to me about your 2025 due date.
