Sherry the Doula incorporates a holistic approach to working with each baby, child, woman, and family. She incorporates yoga, food for the soul, meditation, nutrition, and many other tools to provide a unique experience and journey of pregnancy and labor. She aims to empower women to tap into their inherent power, instinct, and natural ability in labor and motherhood. She has eight years of birth experience and ten of postpartum support experience. Has a background in early childhood education.
